Xaman-Ha is a beautiful beach front condo in Playa del Carmen's exclusive "Playacar" section.

Xaman Ha is on the beach just a short walk (aprox. 300 meters) south of the ferry dock to Cozumel in Playa del Carmen (just south of the Continental Plaza Hotel). All the units in this deluxe building have AC, a view of the Caribbean and comfortable furnishings. The condos range in size from one to three bedrooms, ceiling fans, equipped kitchenette or the penthouse offers a Chef's kitchen and an open dining and living room area. Each condo has TV with either cable or satellite reception. A balcony or porch off the living room offers a spectacular view to the Caribbean and a chance to enjoy the tropical breeze.
The Premier Penthouse unit features the most remarkable views from it's incredible balcony. While other units offer lovely views, this penthouse offers a balcony and view that can't be matched.
Down by the water, the pool deck is very large with lots of room to sunbathe. An elevated shade pavilion between the pool and beach gives a perfect vantage point for viewing both while comfortably out of the sun. The pool is tremendous, with a bridge span, tiled "bar stool" seats built-in and plenty of shallow area for young swimmers. 300 meters north along the beach is Senior Frogs, Carlos & Charlies, Hard Rock cafe restaurants, shopping, the ferry; essentially all of "Playa del Carmen" is at your feet.
More about Playacar Playacar is a manicured up-scale secure gated residential/ hotel area that defines the southern part of Playa del Carmen. It was designed from the ground up to create a sophisticated environment for the tropical lifestyle. Some points of interest within Playacar are small Maya archaeological sites located thru out the area. The Xaman Ha tropical bird aviary has many of the more spectacular bird species to be found in the Yucatan. Sporting attractions include world class fishing, an 18 hole golf course (it includes all drinks and meals), tennis courts and club house. There is also the beach, shopping at the Plaza Antigua and Plaza Playacar shopping centers and the new mall due to be completed at the end of 2003 and countless other things to do and see in Playa del Carmen. Playacar is centrally located to all the coastal adventures to be found in the Riviera Maya between Cancun and Tulum.

Playa del Carmen MX has been growing at an incredible pace, it seems just yesterday that there were only dirt streets, packs of dog's wandering around everywhere and simple things like trash pickup was once a week.
